Cedar Court Imaging (CCI) is owned and operated by Douglas Fulk, MD. Dr. Fulk was American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified in 1997 and has both hospital and outpatient clinical experience as a diagnostic and interventional radiologist. He graduated from Saint Louis University Medical School after completing his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University. Dr. Fulk completed his Radiology residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago before returning to Southern Illinois to practice.
